If you purchased BitcoinTRON, please wait 48 hours for us to manually process your order.  We will create a new TronLink wallet and email you the private key.  We recommend you transfer your BitcoinTRON to a new TronLink wallet after you receive it.

If it has been over 48 hours, please check the inbox and spam folder of the email address you provided when you placed your order, searching for an email from support@bitcointron.io. 

If you cannot find our email please email us at support@bitcointron.io and include the following:

- Your first and last name

- Your email address (twice)

- The date of your purchase

- The amount of BTRX you purchased

- The crypto you used for payment

- The amount of crypto you sent

We will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
